JUST ADD LIME: All you have to do is add lime and you have one of the most delicious and versatile dipping sauces that is unique to Khmer (Cambodian) cuisine. This delightful dipping sauce is a fabulous on beef, pork, fish and veggies. It really goes with just about anything. Try some with your morning eggs. YUMMIE!!
When I make fish I mash up some fresh blueberry and mango into a fruit/berry salsa and then add a couple of tablespoons of Tuk Meric. It is out of this world delicious. For roast pork I add it to fresh apple sauce. I even used it last Christmas on my cranberry sauce and it was a bit hit with the relatives. I know you will just love it! ENJOY!
